Ingredients

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2salmon fillets
  • ¼ tspsmoked paprika
  • ½ tspred chili powder
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1sweet potato (peeled and cubed into small pieces)
  • ½red onion diced
  • 1 tspfreshly grated ginger
  • 1 tspred chili powder

  • 116 oz pkg "riced" cauliflower
  • ¼ tspturmeric
  • ¼ tspsmoked paprika
  • 2 cupschopped spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Honey chili sweet potato

    Add olive oil to a pan, when warm, add the onions and saute till onions are translucent.

    Add in the ginger and sweet potatoes and saute till sweet potatoes are coated with olive oil. Then cover and let cook about 7 minutes or till sweet potato pieces are tender.

    Add in the chili and honey, season with salt and pepper and serve with a sprinkling of Sprouts Pumpkin Pepitas or regular salted pepitas, cali-rice and honey chili salmon.

Honey chili salmon

    Add olive oil to a pan - while it heats up, sprinkle the chili and salt and pepper on the salmon.

    Then, add salmon to pan, drizzle on the honey and cook about 4 minutes - flip and cook other side about 3 - 4 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper and serve with honey chili sweet potatoes and cauli rice.

Turmeric cauliflower rice

    Add onion to a pan with olive oil and saute till translucent - about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add in garlic and riced cauliflower and saute about 5 minutes. Add in turmeric, smoked paprika, and spinach and saute another couple of minutes.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper and enjoy with honey chili sweet potatoes and honey chili salmon.
