
So easy and so quick - these Honey Chili Salmon And Sweet Potato Bowls are perfect for this busy time of year - and, are just plain delicious - you might find yourself preferring to whip these up instead of ordering take-out! ;)
Add olive oil to a pan, when warm, add the onions and saute till onions are translucent.
Add in the ginger and sweet potatoes and saute till sweet potatoes are coated with olive oil. Then cover and let cook about 7 minutes or till sweet potato pieces are tender.
Add in the chili and honey, season with salt and pepper and serve with a sprinkling of Sprouts Pumpkin Pepitas or regular salted pepitas, cali-rice and honey chili salmon.
Add olive oil to a pan - while it heats up, sprinkle the chili and salt and pepper on the salmon.
Then, add salmon to pan, drizzle on the honey and cook about 4 minutes - flip and cook other side about 3 - 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with honey chili sweet potatoes and cauli rice.
