Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini)

    cut into mini half-moon crescents or bite sized pieces (about ¾ inch thick

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ - ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 - 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine zucchini, olive oil or spray, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Mix until zucchini is fully coated.
