Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted or room temperature ---unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

    In a small mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

    Mix in the salt and egg. Mix well.

    Fold in the vanilla, flour, and baking powder.
