Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 pack phyllo pastry

  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp honey

  • 2 apples

    peeled and thinly sliced, 200g
