A delicious and healthy snack made with rolled oats, apples, and cinnamon, perfect for breakfast or a quick treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrolled oats
  • diced apples: 1 cup (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • brown sugar: 1/2 cup, packed
  • ¼ cuphoney
  • butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick), melted
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoonsalt

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.

    Combine diced apples with 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a medium bowl and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
