Craving a truly indulgent dinner that's still easy to pull off? This Bacon Alfredo Tortellini recipe delivers ultimate comfort and rich flavor without complicated steps, making it a perfect weeknight hero.

What makes this dish so special is its perfect balance of savory bacon, tender 5-cheese tortellini, and an unbelievably creamy, decadent Alfredo sauce. It’s designed to be incredibly satisfying, creating a luxurious meal with familiar, comforting flavors.

Prepare for a symphony of textures and tastes. Each forkful offers springy tortellini pockets bursting with cheese, enveloped in a lusciously smooth Alfredo sauce, all punctuated by salty, crispy bits of bacon. The sauce, thickened with rich cream cheese and heavy cream, then brightened with chicken bouillon and grated Parmesan, is deeply flavorful and utterly comforting. While undeniably rich with 506 calories per serving, it’s a delightful treat that checks all the boxes for a truly satisfying dinner experience.

While the 5-cheese tortellini is a star here, you could experiment with other filled pasta types like ravioli for a different texture. For an extra layer of savory depth, a splash of white wine can be added to the sauce along with the chicken bouillon. You can also vary the bacon; thick-cut or even pancetta would add a nuanced flavor profile.

This Bacon Alfredo Tortellini is the quintessential cozy dinner, perfect for a relaxed weeknight or a comforting weekend meal. Serve it simply with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper for a pop of flavor, perhaps alongside a light green salad to balance the richness.
