About this Recipe
Craving a satisfying weeknight meal that's both flavorful and incredibly easy to make? Our Baked Caesar Chicken delivers on all fronts, requiring just three simple ingredients and minimal effort for a delicious result.
This recipe shines because of its elegant simplicity: thin-sliced chicken breasts quickly bake to tender perfection, infused with the creamy, tangy notes of Caesar dressing. The Parmesan cheese adds a salty, savory crust that elevates a humble chicken dish into something truly special, all in about 30 minutes total time.
Prepare for chicken that's wonderfully moist and packed with a bright, savory flavor from the Caesar dressing. The top develops a golden-brown, cheesy crust that adds a delightful texture contrast to the tender meat. This dish is designed for ease, making it a perfect choice for busy evenings when you want maximum flavor with minimum fuss. You'll love how effortlessly it comes together.
While this Baked Caesar Chicken is perfect as is, you can easily adapt it. If you don't have Parmesan, a similar hard, salty cheese like Pecorino Romano would work. For an extra layer of flavor, consider sprinkling a pinch of dried Italian herbs over the chicken before baking, or a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking to brighten the flavors even more.
This Baked Caesar Chicken makes an excellent main course for a weeknight dinner, paired simply with a fresh green salad or roasted vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of color and herbaceous freshness.
