Ingredients

  • 2 lb Radishes ((trimmed and halved))
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt ((plus more to taste when done))
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).

    Toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure each radish touches the pan.

    Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and crispy.
