Baked scallops in a buttery sauce, topped with bread crumbs and seasoned with garlic, paprika, parsley and Parmesan make a terrific seafood main dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoonsbutter, melted
  • 1 ½ poundsbay scallops, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cupseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • ½ teaspoonpaprika
  • ½ teaspoondried parsley

Directions

    Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Pour melted butter into a 2-quart oval casserole dish; add scallops and spread to form an even layer.

    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley together in a small bowl: sprinkle over the scallops.
