  • 1½ cups well-mashed very ripe banana)

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
