This 8-minute air fried chicken tenderloin recipe is the best quick and easy way to cook perfectly juicy chicken tenderloins every time!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 teaspoonsitalian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoonfine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • ½ teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1 poundchicken tenderloin (4-6 tenderloins)
  • finely chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

    To a large mixing bowl, add the oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Mix together.

    Dry the chicken using a paper towel, then add the chicken tenderloins to the mixing bowl. Toss them in the oil and spice blend until evenly coated. Set the tenders aside.

    Preheat the air fryer at 400F for 4 minutes.

Smaller tenders will likely be finished cooking after a total of 8 minutes, while larger tenders will likely be finished cooking after a total of 11 minutes.
