  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef stock
