Better than takeout chicken fried rice. Easy to make at home with simple ingredients.

  • 7 ozchicken 200 grams
  • cooked rice 4 cups or two servings
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1onion
  • 2spring onions
  • 2 cupsmixed diced vegetables, frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • 2egg
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Combine all the sauces in a small bowl.

    Dice the chicken and season it with a tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.

    Prepare the veggies. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt.

    Over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic and chicken. Push chicken to one side and stir fry eggs. Set them aside.

    Stir fry onions and vegetables. Add cooked rice, stir-fry sauce,

    chicken, and scrambled egg to the pan.

    Finish with spring onions and sesame oil. Toss everything well and enjoy!
