Ingredients

  • 1 pound 85-90% lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce (about 6 cups)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
