Hibachi is one of our favorite things to make on an outdoor griddle. The high heat allows you to caramelize proteins and vegetables quickly and evenly. Here, we're using frozen shortcuts, like premade fried rice, to get a takeout-inspired dinner on the table in under 30 minutes.
Cook Chicken Preheat Blackstone Griddle to medium. Add oil to the griddle. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.
Add Vegetables Add zucchini and onion. Cook 5 minutes or until softened, turning frequently.
Add Rice Add fried rice. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated through. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce . Toss to combine. Serve with lime wedges.
