
Juicy, sweet and moist Orange Glazed Bourbon Honey Ham
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place the ham in a large baking dish. Add chicken broth and orange slices to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan with foil.
Cook the ham at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes until it is hot and steam is coming out of the aluminum foil.
In a large sauce pot, add orange juice, sugar, butter, honey, spices, and bourbon and reduce.
Remove the ham from the oven and pour half of your glaze over the ham, allow it to cook for another 15 minutes.
Broil at high degrees for 5 minutes or until the sauce has glazed.
Serve with the rest of your orange bourbon glaze honey sauce.
