This Broke Boyz Hangover Soup is my go-to every after a night of drinking. It always hit the spot and helps me regain my energy!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable or Canola Oil (For sauteing )
  • 1 pack Shin Ramen
  • Beansprouts (As much as you like)
  • 2 stalks Scallions (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Add more if you like )
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • Black Pepper (To taste )
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce for Soup (Optional)
  • Any protein of choice

Directions

    In high heat, splash oil in your pot and saute the garlic, scallions, and gochugaru, and spice packet.

    Add water and bring it to a boil.

    Add the vegetable packet and beansprouts, then taste the soup. It should be refreshing to drink.

    Cook the noodles in the soup for 4-7 minutes depending on your preferred doneness.

    Add soy sauce for soup if you want more flavor and top with scallions.

    Serve with some pork belly or thinly sliced beef and enjoy!
