  • shredded cheddar cheese

    divided

  • blue cheese dressing

    or ranch, for garnish

    2 tbsp
  • fritos scoops

    baguette slices, carrot/celery, for dipping

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.

    Mix with a large spatula until fully combined. Spread in the bottom of a 1.5 qt baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
