  • 3 mediumsweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • ¾ cupgranulated sugar
  • ⅓ cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch slices.

    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.

    Stir sugar, milk, and salt into melted butter. Add sweet potato slices, arranging in a single layer if possible.
