- 1 lb.ground beef
- ½ c.beef broth
- 2 tbsp.ketchup
- 1 tbsp.worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp.brown sugar
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4slices provolone
- 4hamburger buns
