Cheesy Bacon Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes
cubed, boiled with skins on
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 ½ cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 strips cooked bacon
chopped and separated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease baking dish.

Cube red potatoes and boil just until fork tender. Do not overcook potatoes or they can fall apart.
