
Chicken Fried Rice on a Blackstone Griddle is a super easy and fast meal for your whole family!! Loaded with fresh vegetables and pre-cooked rice this chicken fried rice recipe will cook in 15 minutes.
Gather your ingredients to make the chicken fried rice.
Dice all your vegetables, chicken breast, and the bacon All needs to be cut small, so they sauté quickly.
Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-low for 5 to 10 minutes. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to season the griddle.
When the griddle is hot, add the diced bacon to the hot griddle and cook until the bacon starts to crisp up. This will take about 5 minutes.
Next, add all the vegetables (zucchini, onion, celery, peppers and mushrooms) on another part of the griddle. Use the griddle spatula to stir cooking vegetables until they are tender.
On a different part of the griddle, add the chicken pieces and season to taste. Continue cooking until chicken is fully done but not over cooked.
Stir the cooked vegetables and bacon together on the griddle.
On a separate part of the griddle, scramble the egg. Use your spatula and scramble the egg by itself until just done.
On the griddle mix the bacon, vegetables, scrambled egg, chicken pieces, rice, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes and continue to combine ingredients.
Sprinkle about a tablespoon of soy sauce over top of the rice mixture. Continue to cook until desired doneness is achieved.
Test the Blackstone Griddle chicken fried rice for flavor. Add more soy sauce, salt and pepper if desired.
When desired chicken fried rice flavor is achieved, remove from the griddle to a serving dish.
