This easy and delicious Chicken Wing Dip without Cream Cheese is an easy-to-make appetizer perfect for game days, cookouts, and potlucks! Combine shredded chicken in a delicious homemade buffalo sauce for an easy dip everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded - about 4 chicken breasts)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • ½ cup green onions (diced)
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper (chopped fine)

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

    Stir in 1½ cups total of shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Reserve the rest to sprinkle on top.
