Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Stir in 1½ cups total of shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Reserve the rest to sprinkle on top.
