These chili cheese saltines get their sensational spicy, smoky cheese flavor by tossing mini saltines with oil and a great variety of seasonings, then baking until crisp.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (q120 degrees C).
Add oil, chili powder, cheese powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
