Ingredients

  • 3½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
