Ingredients

- 2 cmixed salad greens
- 1 mediumenglish cucumber

- 1 pintcherry or grape tomatoes
halved
- ½ smallred onion
thinly sliced
- 4hard-boiled eggs
peeled and sliced
- 4 ozham
cut into strips or cubes
- 4 ozturkey
cut into strips or cubes
- 4slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 4 ozswiss cheese
sliced into strips
- ¼ ccrumbled feta cheese

- ½ ccroutons
- 1 csalad dressing of choice

Directions

Wash and dry the 3 heads romaine lettuce and 2 cups mixed salad greens. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces. Place both in a large salad bowl.

Dice the 1 medium English cucumber, halve the 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, and thinly slice the 1/2 small red onion. Add them to the bowl.

Peel and slice the 4 hard-boiled eggs. Slice or cube the 4 ounces ham and 4 ounces turkey. Cook the 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon until crispy, then crumble it. Slice the 4 ounces Swiss cheese into strips.

Top the salad with the 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (if using), sliced eggs, ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, and 1/2 cup croutons.
