cooked crisp and crumbled
- ½ cchopped chives

- ¼ cred wine vinegar
- ½lemon

- 2 tspdijon mustard
- 2 tspworcestershire sauce
- 1 smallgarlic clove

- ½ tspkosher salt
- ½ tspfreshly ground black pepper
