- 4 largeeggs
room temperature
- ¾ ccanola oil
- ⅝ cwater
- 2 csugar
- 1 choney
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 3 call-purpose flour
- 2 tspbaking soda
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspground cinnamon
- 1 tspground nutmeg
- ½ tspground cloves
- ½ tspground ginger
- ½ csalted pumpkin seeds or pepitas

In another large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Gradually beat the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture just until combined.
