- 5 cup chicken breast
roasted, optional

- 1 ccottage cheese
2% mild fat
- ¼ cnutritional yeast

- 5 tsp salt
- 5 tsp black pepper
Directions

Combine eggs, cottage cheese and cheese in a large bowl. Blend the eggs and cottage cheese first if you want to.
