When it comes to Italian recipes, you can't go wrong with cottage cheese lasagna! With just 6 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time, you'll have a delicious meal no one can resist.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned and crumbly, taking about 8-10 minutes. Drain off any excess grease and stir in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer it for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, eggs, 1/2 of grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread 3/4 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, then spread 1 3/4 cups of the cheese mixture and 1/4 cup of sauce on top of the noodles. Repeat these layers one more time. Finish by placing the remaining 3 noodles on top, then spread the remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top of the noodles. Pour 1/2 cup of water around the edges of the dish. Cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake it for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let the lasagna stand for 10 minutes before serving.
