Ingredients

  • ½ cupplain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonshoney
  • ¼ teaspoonsea salt
  • ¼ teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2 cupscooked chicken breast (340 grams or 12 ounces),  (chopped or shredded)
  • ⅓ cupdried cranberries, (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cupcelery, (finely chopped)
  • ⅓ cupdiced red onion
  • 2 tablespoonschopped walnuts, ( (optional, for extra crunch))
  • lettuce leaves, (for serving)

Directions

    Whisk together yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

    In a separate large bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, celery, red onion and chopped walnuts.
