- 1 tspherbs de provence or italian seasoning
- 2 cchicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cheavy cream or half and half
- 3 ozfresh parmesan
grated
- 1 lbshelf stable potato gnocchi
- 2 cfresh baby spinach
chopped, frozen also works
