Ingredients

  • 1 poundground meat (such as beef, pork, turkey, or chicken)
  • 30 ouncesfrozen shredded hash browns
  • 10 ½ ouncesrotel or tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
  • 10 ½ ouncescheese soup
  • 1 ouncepacket taco seasoning
  • 2 cupsmexican blend shredded cheese (divided)

    Brown and drain the meat. Add a little extra seasonings like garlic, onion, or salt if you prefer.
