
Chicken pieces smothered in a sweet curry sauce with star anise and baked to perfection.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Arrange the chicken pieces in an oven safe roasting dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour sauce over the raw chicken pieces.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes, remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden and sticky.
