Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard or 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise, salad dressing or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika or chopped fresh parsley

    Place eggs in large saucepan; cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.

    Peel eggs; halve lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork.

    Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
