This hearty one-pot wonder is perfect for busy weeknights! Tender cabbage and savory ground beef simmer together in a flavorful Italian-seasoned tomato base. It's easy to prepare, requires minimal cleanup, and delivers delicious results every time.

Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with juice (14.5 oz )
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lbs ground beef

Directions

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes stirring often.
