  This easy Hobo Casserole recipe is a comforting, one-pan dish made with ground beef, thinly sliced potatoes, and cheddar cheese. With a creamy mushroom sauce and a touch of Worcestershire, it's a delicious and filling dinner perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (about ⅛ inch thick)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, chives, or green onions
