- ⅓ ccheddar cheese
- ⅛ tspsalt and pepper
you could skip if you feel cottage cheese is already salty enough for you
- 1 cpork rind panko
or see notes above
- optional seasonings garlic powder
onion powder or add some fresh herbs like chopped fresh parsley

Place all ingredients into a food processor, except the pork rind panko, and blend until combined.

Use a heaping 1/4 cup measuring cup and drop mixture into pork rinds to coat. Make 5 patties.
