  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

    or tamari

  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
    or to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions

    Remove the outer leaves off the cabbage and slice the cabbage into thick (about 1 inch wide) strips.
