You don’t need to spend all day simmering tomato sauce to get the authentic flavor of chicken cacciatore- with this Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Cacciatore Recipe, you can do it in under an hour on a single sheet pan!  Just place chicken thighs, bell peppers, onion and garlic smothered in thick and hearty sauce and wine onto a sheet pan and pop it into the oven.  It’s a hands-free version of a classic that will make you wonder why anyone would make chicken cacciatore any other way!
