Flaky biscuits filled with tender roast beef and melted cheese, served alongside rich au jus for dipping.
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking pan and put it aside for now.
Take the biscuit dough apart into 8 individual pieces. Use your fingers to press and flatten each one.
On each piece of dough, lay down a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on top.
Bring the edges of dough up and over the filling, pinching it closed into a ball shape.
Set the filled dough balls into the greased baking pan with the sealed side down.
Combine the melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small dish.
Brush the buttery mixture generously across the tops of the dough balls.
Pop the pan into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops turn a golden brown.
Heat the beef broth in a small pot over medium heat until it’s warmed through.
Serve the baked biscuits warm alongside the broth in a small bowl for dipping.
