  • 1packet french onion soup mix
  • 2 cupsbeef broth
  • ½ cupsour cream
  • 1 ½ cupsshredded mozzarella or swiss cheese
  • ½ cupfrench-fried onions
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • ½ tspgarlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
