  • fresh or drained canned corn or mexicorn

  • shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c
  • quartered cherry tomatoes

  • sliced green onions

  • sliced black olives

  • fritos corn chips
    2 c
  • catalina dressing
    ½ c
  • topping options: sour cream

    guacamole, pickled jalapenos, fresh corn kernels

Directions

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
