A healthy and delicious fruit quesadilla makes the perfect breakfast or dessert. Filled with fruit, yogurt, creamy ricotta cheese, and sweetened with a touch of honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 (8-inch) tortilla
  • 4 strawberries (, sliced)

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, ricotta cheese, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey.

    Spread the yogurt mixture on the tortilla and top with the strawberries.
