- 2 lblarge shrimp
shelled
- 4 clovesgarlic
minced
- 1 largepinch dried red-pepper flakes
- ¼ tspsalt
- ¼ tspfresh-ground black pepper
- 2 mediumtomatoes
peeled and chopped, about 3/4 pound
- 1 ccanned crushed tomatoes in thick puree
- 1 tspchopped fresh rosemary
or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tbspdrained capers
- ⅓ chalved and pitted black olives
