chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1.5 Tbsps olive oil
or avocado oil
- 1.5 cups mixed cherry tomatoes
whole
- 3-4 fresh garlic cloves
minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
shredded
- 1.5 tsp dry Italian seasonings
- or more to taste1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
finely chopped
