  • 4-6 large potatoes
  • 1 cup bacon

    chopped

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion

    chopped finely

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

    shredded

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • green onions
