Ingredients

  • orzo pasta

  • cherry tomatoes

    halved

  • cucumber

    diced

  • kalamata olives

  • feta cheese

    crumbled

  • fresh basil

    thinly sliced

  • olive oil
    ¼ c
  • red wine vinegar or lemon juice

  • dijon mustard
    1 tsp
  • garlic clove

  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil orzo in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
