Grilled carrots treated like buffalo wings is a delicious way to enjoy your veggies in the summer.
Prep Carrots Preheat grill to high (450°F to 500°F). Toss carrots, oil, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
Grill Carrots Place carrots on oiled grates; grill, covered, until starting to char and carrots are crisp-tender, 8 to 12 minutes, rotating carrots every few minutes.
Make Sauce Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium. Add garlic and cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in hot sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until emulsified, and remove from heat.
Cut and Serve Transfer carrots to a cutting board and cut diagonally into 2-inch pieces. Transfer carrots to a platter; drizzle with hot sauce mixture and sprinkle with blue cheese. Garnish with carrot leaves.
