
Hamburger Mac and Cheese is a creamy ground beef macaroni dish loaded with heavy cream, cheddar soup and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Cook the macaroni noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
While the macaroni is cooking, dump the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onions to the skillet with the ground beef.
Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
Once the ground beef is fully browned drain the grease from the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Add the heavy cream and cheddar soup to the skillet and stir well.
Add the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the skillet and stir well.
Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir until all of the noodles are coated in sauce.
Add the shredded cheese to the skillet and stir just until the cheese is melted.
Add the chopped chives and stir again.
Serve and enjoy!
